3. Orders & Delivery

Digital products are delivered immediately after purchase via download link or email. If you have trouble accessing your files, contact us and we’ll help.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Orders are not accepted until confirmed by MACLANE MOC SHOP. Payment must be received before acceptance. Please review your order carefully; cancellations may not be possible after acceptance.

Purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy [LINK]. Orders are for personal use, not commercial resale or export.

4. Refunds

Because digital items cannot be “returned,” all sales are final once the files are downloaded or accessed.

EU customers: By downloading your purchase, you acknowledge that immediate access waives the standard 14-day withdrawal right for digital content.
