Return & Refund Policy – Digital Products

Digital Downloads
All sales of digital products (PDFs, templates, XMLs, etc.) are final once the download link has been accessed or files have been downloaded.

No Refund After Download
Because digital files can be copied and retained, we generally do not offer refunds after the download link has been used.

Before Download
If you have trouble accessing your files or never downloaded them, contact us within 14 days and we’ll assist or consider a refund upon review.

EU Customers
For customers in the European Union:
Before you download your purchase, you will be asked to acknowledge that access to the download will begin immediately and that by doing so you waive the 14-day withdrawal right under EU law. If a file is defective or not as described, contact us for support or a possible refund.
